Expert Surgeons, Trusted Sedation Providers
Dr. Azari, Dr. Welch, and Dr. Schlam are board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, each with over a decade of experience providing IV anesthesia care. Our clinical team includes DAANCE-certified surgical assistants trained specifically in outpatient sedation.
Our office is certified by the Oregon Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons to provide safe, in-office IV anesthesia. For more complex or longer surgeries, we partner with Bend Anesthesia Group, whose board-certified anesthesiologists provide in-office comprehensive anesthesia care.
Comfort Beyond the IV
Comfort details include EMLA numbing cream and numbing spray for an easy IV start, warm blankets, favorite music and virtual reality headsets, stuffed animals for kids, and our signature corny jokes to lighten the mood.
